Frequently asked questions.

Do you accept insurance?

I am considered an out-of-network provider. This means that my clients pay out-of-pocket for sessions and apply for reimbursement through their insurance. At the end of each calendar month, I provide my clients with a Superbill, which clients then send to their insurance provider for out-of-network reimbursement.

Prior to the start of therapy, it may be helpful to call your insurance provider to learn more about out-of-network benefits regarding mental health.

Do you accept payment via a health savings card?

Yes, payment can be made with all major credit cards or debit cards, including from a health savings account. Payment can also be made via check.

How long is each session?

Each session is 50 minutes in duration. for both individuals and couples. Sometimes, more time is needed and we can adjust to this if needed upon discussion and assessment.

What ages of clients do you work with?

I work adults of all ages and some adolescents, based upon fit. The youngest client I work with is sixteen years of age.

When can I expect to hear back from you?

All inquiries will receive a response within 24 hours. I realize how challenging it can be to get a response from a clinician, and my goal is to get back to you as soon as possible.
